Rajeesh Y is a visionary architect, seasoned construction professional, and pioneering entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry. A graduate of SRM University with a degree in B.Arch, he brings a deep understanding of design, execution, and innovation to every project he undertakes.
As the founder and driving force behind Bonded Brothers, Rajeesh has transformed the company into one of Chennai’s most respected names in construction and real estate. Under his leadership, the firm has delivered a wide array of premium projects, especially along the East Coast Road (ECR) and built a reputation for excellence, reliability, and client-centric solutions.
